Please do not listen to this while operating heavy machinery or driving a vehicle. This is best experienced while sitting with you eyes closed in a quite place.

Please prepare for this meditation by taking some time to write down and commit to memory a specific desire you would like to experience. Write as if it has already happened and you are currently experiencing a moment a few weeks after it has come to pass. Write down all emotions and sensations that you would experience during that time.
