The Chakra Map -
This is a simplified version. There are many experts in the chakra field, I am not one of them. I use my chakras as sensorial tools to interpret situations as well as discomfort in the body. The chakras hold a wealth of information in the body and will gladly communicate it to you if you ask them. Most importantly, their cleanliness allows proper communication. Daily energetic hygiene is recommended!
The Crown Chakra is located at the center of the top of the head. Some say its color is white, some say violet. I would like to suggest it is a pale violet color.
The Third Eye Chakra is located in the center of the head, slightly above the center of the eyebrows. Its color is royal blue.
The Throat Chakra is located at the base of the throat, in the hollow between the ends of your collarbone. Its color is mid tone blue.
The Heart Chakra is located in the middle of the chest. Its color is green.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is midway between the end of the sternum and top of the navel. This is at approximately the same height as the lowest point of the rib cage/costal arches. Its color is yellow.
The Sacral Chakra is located between the navel and the pubic bone. Its color is orange.
The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine in the region of the perineum. It color is red.
